q780 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "q780" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the operator of the q780 platform, operating at q780.net under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Platform" — means the q780 website, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any downloadable software or applications made available by the Company.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the Platform, whether or not a deposit has been made.
• "Account" — means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" — the amount of PKR deposited by the Player and held in the Account wallet, available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — any promotional credits, free-play funds, or matched deposit amounts credited by q780 under the terms of an active promotion, subject to wag ering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked in qualifying games before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region in which access to the Platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed.
• "Game Rules" — the individual rules applicable to each game type available on the Platform, as published within the relevant game interface or help section.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the q780 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the q780 Privacy Policy and any Game Rules applicable to the products you use.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and q780. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

q780 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the q780 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of q780 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the q780 Platform or any other online gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your country or jurisdiction of residence.

q780 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to q780's satisfaction may be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be voided.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the q780 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functional email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. q780 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Your Account credentials — including your password and any one-time passcodes — are strictly personal. You must not share your login details with any other person. q780 will not be responsible for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify q780 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

q780 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, 1LINK Cash, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as published in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If q780 identifies a deposit from a payment source not belonging to the Account holder, the deposit may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review. q780 aims to complete withdrawal reviews within 24 to 72 business hours. Processing times thereafter depend on the selected payment method and the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider. q780 cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered q780 Account.
• q780 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• q780 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks are triggered.
• Balances attributable to Bonus funds that have not completed their Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

q780 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless the specific promotion Terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all q780 promotions:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to the stated Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will be removed from the Account without notice.
• q780 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including collusion, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds, and may result in forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates (or not at all) towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Contribution rates are published on each promotion's specific Terms page.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the q780 Platform — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Slots, Hi-Lo, Lottery, and Cricket Betting — are governed by their individual Game Rules. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game Rules as published within the game interface.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on q780 are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Certification ensures that outcomes are statistically random and that published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers and are subject to continuous independent monitoring.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, q780 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. q780 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a malfunction that cannot be reproduced or verified in the system logs.

• The result displayed in the game client at the conclusion of a round is final, subject to verification against server-side logs.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all game types and are displayed within each game interface.
• q780 may place maximum win caps on certain promotional rounds or game variants. These caps will be clearly disclosed in the applicable Game Rules or promotion Terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q780 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after using those funds to wager on the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

q780 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the q780 Platform — including but not limited to the q780 logo, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of q780 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without q780's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of q780's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q780 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

q780 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or circumstances beyond q780's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government action, or network infrastructure failures) may cause temporary interruptions. q780 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

q780's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

q780 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the q780 Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. q780 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification partners) solely to facilitate the services described above.

13 Amendments to These Terms

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q780 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the q780 internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint about the Platform, the first step is to contact the q780 support team via Live Chat or by email. q780 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a final resolution response within 14 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with q780's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process, details of which are available upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
